Respectfully this tool already exists. It is called WIKIPEDIA (in English)
See for the economy of Iran and all its related articles: 20 detailed UP-TO-DATE articles in total and 50 sub-articles (wild guess):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy_of_Iran
I wrote 95% of it (including ALL related articles) through research for 5 years now.
Modestly, I consider it to be a 1 million US dollar donation to Wikipedia, all its readers and to Iran in terms of my time and value to the readers (and policy makers). Much more if I count the potential benefits for Iran’s economy as a whole and/or for potential investors. Single updated reports - FOR ONE SECTOR ALONE - cost approx $1000 by specialized analyst organizations such as the Economist Intelligence Unit. They usually sell these reports to 1000s organizations. make the count. What you find in Wikipedia (in this case) is worth more than 1 million US dollar, modestly again, AND BEST OF ALL IT IS FREE and often more detailed than all those reports - I know I have accessed and read MOST of them
I urge other countries to do the same:
Free enterprise, responsibility, donations and knowledge and above all SPIRITUALITY.
Best regards and may God be with you always,
